American Traveler is hiring a Nurse Navigator RN for an ambulatory setting requiring med/surg experience and a CA RN license.

Details

• Ambulatory Nurse Navigator role coordinating patient care
• Day shift, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Current BLS certification
• 1+ year of nurse navigation/coordination experience in an ambulatory setting
• Med/surg experience required
• 1+ year of experience in an acute care setting
• Skilled in starting IVs, medication administration (IM, IV, subcutaneous), and minor injections (e.g., B12)

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include patient teaching, telephone triage, pharmacy calls/patient refill requests, and general office duties
• Strong candidates with excellent skills may be considered even without prior travel experience
