American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Long Term Care position at a very rural 25-bed facility, requiring PointClickCare experience and flexibility for day or night shifts.

Details

• Work in a 25-bed Long Term Care/Intermediate Care unit at a very rural facility
• Rotating 12-hour day (6:30a-6:30p) or night (6:30p-6:30a) shifts on a Saturday through Friday work week
• Rotating schedule of 36 and 48 hour weeks
• Weekend shifts required
• Mandatory floating within the hospital or to an affiliate hospital nearby in accordance with client policies and Joint Commission standards, including for closed departments

Requirements

• Active RN license (NM or Compact) in hand
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• PointClickCare charting experience required
• Cerner charting experience required
• Two professional references required

Additional Information

• Must be flexible to work either day or night shift as scheduling needs require
• Expect to work some holidays during the assignment
• RTO requests should be minimized, with no requests for a full calendar week off during the assignment
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Previous travelers may reapply, though permanent staff seeking to travel require facility approval
• Candidates residing within 100 miles of the facility are considered local and are not accepted for this position
