American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse - Utilization Review for a remote position requiring provider-side UR experience and CCM/CMCN certification.

Details

• Remote Utilization Management position
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8A-4:30P, with every fifth weekend rotation
• Uses Epic EMR and Dragonfly UM tool
• Floating required, with travelers floating first, potentially to sister campuses within 15-20 minutes of each other
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license required
• 2 years of experience required
• Experience working with providers, not only payers, required
• CCM or CMCN certification required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Dragonfly UM tool experience required
• Must be computer literate with some remote work experience
• Degree accreditation verification required, or 5 years of experience in lieu of verification
• Candidate must supply own computer equipment
• Driver's license address must match Board of Nursing address

Additional Information

• Prior travel experience highly preferred
• Interview process includes an HWL prescreen interview and a manager final interview
• Orientation begins on a Friday; remote orientation completed with in-person visit required for badge/ID
• Culture emphasizes integration of travelers as core staff
• All requested RTO must be submitted at time of application and will not be approved after submission
• Radius requirement of 50 miles from permanent address, strictly enforced
• Hard document deadline is the Monday prior to start date with no exceptions for pending documents
