American Traveler is seeking an RN - Psychiatric for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring 2+ years of recent behavioral health experience and flexibility to float across units.

Details

• Behavioral health facility with Adolescent, Adult, and Geriatric (55+) units
• Must be open to floating to any unit as needed
• Adult patient population with low acuity
• Night shift, 12-hour shifts (7:00pm-7:30am)
• Patient ratio of 1:5
• Required to work 36 hours per week, including every other weekend
• Charts in EHR Wellsky and uses Omnicell medication system

Requirements

• Active RN license (IN or Compact) currently in hand
• Minimum 2 years of recent behavioral health/psych experience required
• De-escalation experience preferred (CPI or Handle with Care)

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care within a behavioral health setting across multiple patient populations
• Royal blue scrubs required
• Candidates residing within a 30-mile radius are considered local rate; those beyond apply for travel rate
