Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility position requiring an IA or compact RN license and 2 years of experience.

Details

• Post-acute care setting within a Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility unit
• 12-hour day shift schedule, 6a-6p
• Every other weekend and holiday required
• 36 hours per week
• Uses a computerized charting system other than common EMR platforms

Requirements

• Active RN license (IA or compact) required
• BSN required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked, and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

Additional Information

• Provide nursing care to residents in a long-term care/skilled nursing setting
• Local candidates accepted at a lower pay rate
• Candidates must reside within an 80-mile radius of the facility unless accepting the local rate
• Two-week notice required for cancellation
