American Traveler is hiring an experienced ER RN for a fast-paced, high-acuity emergency department requiring trauma experience and 18 months of ER nursing background.

Details

• Emergency Department setting in a busy, high-volume hospital environment
• 3x12-hour AM shifts totaling 36 hours per week
• No on-call responsibilities
• 13-week assignment length

Requirements

• Active GA or Compact RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certification through the AHA required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Minimum 18 months of recent RN experience required
• Some trauma experience required
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates not accepted
• Former Emory or Houston system employees must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO requests are limited, with stricter limits around holidays
• Travel experience preferred
• First-time travelers may be considered
