American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Bone Marrow Transplant Oncology unit, requiring strong BMT experience and chemo certification along with a GA or compact RN license.

Details

• Bone Marrow Transplant unit (9T) in a hospital setting
• 13-week travel assignment
• AM shift, 3x12s, 36 hours per week
• No on-call requirements
• Navy blue scrubs required

Requirements

• Active GA or Compact RN license required in hand
• BLS and NIHSS certifications required
• Minimum 18 months of oncology experience within the past 3 years
• Strong BMT experience and chemo certification preferred

Additional Information

• Provide oncology nursing care within a bone marrow transplant unit
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted
• Former Emory or Houston perm staff must be separated for at least 1 year before returning, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO limited to a maximum of 5 days if not falling on or near a holiday, or 3 days if it does; only one holiday request permitted
• First-time travelers may be considered for this role
