American Traveler is hiring an RN Oncology for a Bone Marrow Transplant unit requiring strong BMT experience and chemo certification.

Details

• Bone Marrow Transplant unit (9T) at an academic hospital setting
• AM shift with 3x12s, 36 hours per week
• No on-call requirements
• Navy blue scrubs required

Requirements

• Active GA or Compact RN license required in hand
• Current BLS and NIHSS certifications required
• 18 months of experience in specialty within the past 3 years required
• Strong BMT experience preferred
• Chemotherapy certification preferred

Additional Information

• Provide oncology nursing care within a Bone Marrow Transplant unit
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; local candidates not accepted
• Former Emory or Houston staff must be separated for 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO limited to a maximum of 5 days if not near a holiday, or 3 days if requested on or near a holiday
• Only 1 holiday RTO request allowed per assignment
