American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Cardiovascular ICU position requiring 18 months of CVICU experience and GA or Compact RN licensure.

Details

• Cardiovascular/Thoracic ICU setting at a hospital
• Night shift schedule with 3x12-hour shifts (36 hrs/week)
• No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Active GA or Compact RN license required in hand
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Minimum 18 months of CVICU experience required

Additional Information

• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted
• Former Emory or Houston perm staff must be separated for 1 year before returning to the health system, or 18 months if returning to the same facility
• RTO limited to a maximum of 5 days if not falling on or near a holiday, or 3 days if falling on or near a holiday
• Only one holiday RTO request allowed per assignment
• RTO days during holiday periods must be spread out rather than consecutive
