American Traveler is hiring a Telemetry RN for a Med Surg unit requiring rotating night shifts and every other weekend and holiday coverage.

Details

• Med Surg unit setting in a hospital environment
• Night shift schedule with 12-hour rotating shifts
• 3x12 schedule totaling 36 hours per week, with 48 hours preferred
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• True rotating shift schedule
• No on-call responsibilities
• No blocked scheduling or specific scheduling requests permitted

Requirements

• Active RN license (SD or Compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Flu vaccination documentation required with no personal or medical declinations permitted
• Religious declinations for flu vaccination subject to facility review
• No prior permanent employment with Avera or Sanford health systems allowed

Additional Information

• Provide telemetry nursing care within a Med Surg unit
• Assignment length ranges from 13 to 26 weeks
