American Traveler is hiring an RN Quality Management Coordinator with 3+ years of clinical experience and Epic proficiency to support quality improvement initiatives.

Details

• Quality Management department setting within a hospital environment
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No weekend, call, or holiday requirements
• Uses Epic EMR system

Requirements

• Active RN license (MD or Compact) required
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience in Emergency Room, ICU, Peri-Op, or Medical/Surgical settings
• Quality Improvement or patient safety experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• 1-2 prior travel assignments preferred
• Comparable facility size experience required

Additional Information

• Review safety events and perform chart audits and root cause analyses
• Conduct detailed reviews of pressure injury and falls with injury cases
• Validate abstracted quality metrics and collect data for external reporting
• Assist with various Quality Improvement team projects as assigned
• Support drafting of reports for quality committees and councils
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate
