American Traveler is hiring an experienced NICU RN for a Level 1/2 Trauma Intensive Care Nursery with a rotating day/night schedule and required floating to pediatric units.

Details

• Intensive Care Nursery within a Children's Hospital offering full pediatric services
• 30-bed unit with an average daily census of 22-24 patients
• Day/night rotation schedule only, 36 hours per week
• Travelers are not required to attend deliveries
• Required to float to the Chad Inpatient Unit, including Pediatrics, Pedi Step Down, and PICU
• Floating assignments are conscientiously matched to clinical skill set

Requirements

• Active RN license (NH or Compact)
• BLS certification required
• Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience within the last 2 years required

Additional Information

• Provide critical care nursing to neonatal ICU patients within a children's hospital setting
• Candidates must reside outside a 75-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for consideration
• Two professional references from managers required for consideration
