American Traveler is hiring an OR - LDRP Float Pool RN for a day shift position with rotating weekends, requiring 2+ years of labor and delivery experience and an active Oregon RN license.

Details

• Float pool role supporting multiple facilities across Corvallis, Albany, and Lebanon
• Requires flexibility to float between hospital sites with a primary site prioritized for most of the contract
• Day shift schedule with rotating weekends, which may vary from primarily weekend to minimal weekend shifts
• LDRP unit caring for laboring, delivery, postpartum, and newborn patients
• Uses Epic EMR system

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Oregon RN license required at time of consideration
• Current BLS (Healthcare Provider Level), ACLS, NRP, and NIHSS certifications required
• Fetal Monitoring Certification and STABLE certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of labor and delivery experience including labor management, delivery care, fetal monitoring, and postpartum care of mother and newborn required
• Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required for CAP moderate complexity testing standards
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• Must have personal transportation and be able to travel between multiple points of care

• Provide labor, delivery, and postpartum nursing care across multiple facility locations as assigned
• Excessive requests for time off will not be approved
