American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular ICU position requiring active NV RN license and hands-on experience with IABP and Impella devices.

• CVICU setting caring for POD 0 open heart patients
• Night shift schedule of 3x12s from 1845-0715
• Call requirements apply for this position

Requirements

• Active RN license in NV required, no pending licenses accepted
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Current NIHSS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of CVICU experience in a US hospital required
• Required hands-on experience with POD 0 open heart cases, IABP, and Impella clearly listed on resume
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with expert patient assessment ability
• Thorough knowledge of arrhythmia management, pathophysiology, and hemodynamics
• Two manager or supervisor references preferred, verifying experience within the last 12 months, with at least one from the most recent employer

• Provide expert-level care and assessment for complex cardiovascular ICU patients
• Communicate, coordinate, and delegate effectively in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility, no local candidates accepted
