American Traveler is hiring a night-shift RN for a Progressive Care Unit position on an acuity-adaptable brain/spine unit, requiring at least 2 years of experience and NIH Stroke Scale certification.

Details

• Work in the Progressive Care Unit of a hospital setting
• Acuity-adaptable brain/spine unit caring for neurological patients
• Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:30
• 13-week contract length

Requirements

• Active RN license (IN or Compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS (AHA), and NIH Stroke Scale
• Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience required
• Current license and Nursys primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start

Additional Information

• Provide care to acuity-adaptable brain/spine patients on a progressive care unit
• Covid vaccination is not required
• Local candidates accepted, though pay may be reduced based on facility radius rules
• Candidates should begin discussing extension with their manager approximately 45 days before assignment end date
