American Traveler is hiring a Telemetry RN with at least 1 year of travel nursing experience for a high-acuity 35-bed unit requiring an active FL or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in a high-acuity, fast-paced 35-bed telemetry unit
• Care for acutely ill patients admitted from the ED, ICU, and PCU with cardiac and pulmonary diagnoses
• Night shift schedule from 18:45-07:15
• 36-48 hour work weeks acceptable
• Every other weekend requirement
• Holiday coverage required per unit need

Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification (AHA) required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Minimum 1 year of travel nursing experience required
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start

Additional Information

• Provide telemetry care to acutely ill patients with a focus on cardiac and pulmonary conditions
• Candidates must have a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate depending on distance from the facility
• Travelers should discuss extension opportunities with their manager approximately 45 days before assignment end date
