American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring telemetry background and EPIC experience.

Details

• Medical/Surgical unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule from 19:00-07:30
• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) coverage required
• May float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
• Uses EPIC EMR system

Requirements

• Active WI or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification (AHA) required
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience required
• Telemetry background required with ability to read tele
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
• No artificial or acrylic nails; natural nails must be kept short (less than 1/4 inch)

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care on a Med/Surg unit
• Only one submission permitted per candidate system-wide for Ascension positions
• Radius rule applies and may affect pay rate eligibility for local candidates
• Candidates should discuss assignment extension with their manager at least 45 days before the end date
