American Traveler is hiring an RN Case Manager for a Home Health position in Aroostook County requiring a compact or ME license and at least one year of specialty experience.

Home Health setting within the Home Care and Hospice department, Aroostook County
Shift schedule of 8A-5P over a 9-day work period
40 hours per week

Requirements

Active RN license (Compact or ME) required
Minimum 1 year of experience in Care Management specialty required

Additional Information

Provide care management and utilization review services for home health patients
Flu vaccination required for clearance to start, with medical exemptions only accepted and subject to client approval
Must not have previously worked in a permanent capacity at any Northern Light Health hospital
Candidates residing 100+ miles south/southwest of the facility are given priority consideration
