American Traveler is hiring a Utilization Review RN for a remote position requiring provider-side utilization review experience and CCM/CMCN certification.

Details

• Remote Utilization Management position
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Every fifth weekend rotation required
• EMR used is Epic
• UM tool used is Dragonfly
• Floating required, with travelers floating first to sister campuses within 15-20 minutes of the main location
• No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license required
• DL address must match the address on file with the Board of Nursing
• 2 years of utilization review experience required, including experience working with providers (not only payers)
• CCM or CMCN certification required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Dragonfly UM tool experience required
• Degree accreditation verification required, or 5 years of experience in lieu of verification
• Must be computer literate with remote work experience
• Prior travel experience highly preferred

Additional Information

• Must reside within a 50 mile radius of the facility; candidates cannot own or cosign property within this radius
• No block scheduling requests accepted
• All RTO must be submitted at time of application and will not be approved after submission
• Orientation begins on a Friday; remote orientation is completed, but candidates must be onsite Friday for badge/ID
• Hard document deadline is the Monday prior to start date, with no exceptions for pending documents
• Travelers are expected to integrate as core staff and demonstrate flexibility and teamwork
• Facility culture places strong emphasis on team integration and reliability
