American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Case Manager for a hospital care management role requiring 2 years of experience and collaborative documentation skills.

Details

• Care Management unit within a large 815-bed hospital
• Patient ratio of 1:40
• Uses Cerner, NATE, and Ensocare documentation systems
• Self-scheduling model with floating to other units as needed
• Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 13-week assignment

Requirements

• Active RN license (NC or Compact) required
• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Strong documentation and communication skills required
• Ability to shift attention between multiple tasks
• Ability to build trust with team, patients, and families
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
