American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Telemetry RN with a CA license and 2+ years of cardiac/tele experience for a 13-week day shift assignment.

Details

• Cardiac Telemetry unit setting
• Patient ratio of 1:4
• Day shift schedule (3x12 hours, 6:45 AM-7:15 PM)
• Required to work every other weekend
• Holidays as needed
• No on-call requirements
• Uses Epic charting system

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Minimum 2 years of cardiac/telemetry nursing experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• 2 supervisor references obtained within the past year required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide cardiac telemetry nursing care to assigned patients
• Holiday coverage may be required for New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
• Only 1 holiday time-off request approved per contract
• Maximum RTO of 7 days per contract
• First-time travelers will be considered
• Returning staff/travelers must have a 1-year separation before returning
• Local candidates accepted within a 50-mile radius at local rate
