American Traveler is seeking a Hematology/Oncology Clinic RN with an active IL RN license and ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certification for a 13-week outpatient assignment.

Details

• Outpatient care center setting in the Hematology/Oncology Clinic
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• 40 hours per week over an 8-hour day shift
• 13-week assignment length
• No floating or charge nurse duties required
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Active RN license from the State of Illinois
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current AHA BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year of ambulatory experience required
• ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate required
• Oncology experience required
• Epic EMR experience preferred but not required
• Effective oral and written communication skills to support therapeutic relationships with patients and families
• Full profile required including work history/resume, skills checklist, certifications, and at least one reference

Additional Information

• Provide direct patient care within a hematology/oncology outpatient clinic
• Facilitate communication and coordination between patients, families, and healthcare providers
• First-time travelers are not considered for this assignment
