American Traveler is hiring an experienced Emergency Department RN with an active MA RN license for a night shift position requiring floating between two campuses.

Details

• Emergency Department setting with a psych holding area
• Patient ratio of 1:5
• Charting via Epic
• Night shift schedule (3x12 hours, 19:00-7:30)
• Must have flexibility to start 4 hours before or after scheduled shift based on department needs
• Floating required between Leominster and Clinton campuses
• Every other weekend/holiday required
• No block schedules accommodated; scheduling based on unit needs
• No call requirements

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required in hand
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Triage skills required
• Well-rounded ED nursing background preferred

Additional Information

• Provide comprehensive emergency department nursing care including triage
• Must complete pass/fail tests for telemetry and medication competency during orientation
• First-time travelers are not required to have previous travel experience to be considered
• Locals accepted within a 200-mile radius at the same bill rate
• Returning staff must have a 12-month separation from the health system
