Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN for a PCU/Surgical Stepdown position requiring night shift availability and float flexibility across multiple campuses.

Details

PCU/Surgical Stepdown unit within a hospital setting
Float position covering PCU patients across multiple campuses including Lake Placid and Wauchula, with rare floating to the main campus
May float within the hospital to other units housing PCU patients, such as ED holding/ETC
12-hour night shift schedule
Required to work every other weekend

Requirements

Active RN license (FL or Compact) currently in hand
COVID-19 vaccination card (two doses) or approved declination required for consideration

Additional Information

Provide stepdown-level nursing care to PCU and surgical patients
Local candidates accepted at the same rate as travelers
No radius rule for this position
Permanent employees must be separated from the facility for at least 90 days before returning as a traveler
