American Traveler is hiring a PCU/Surgical Stepdown RN for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring an active FL or compact RN license and floating to multiple campuses.

Details

PCU/Surgical Stepdown unit within a hospital setting
Cares for PCU-level patients, including ED holding/ETC patients
12-hour night shift schedule
Required to work every other weekend
Floating required to other units within the hospital as well as to campuses in Lake Placid and Wauchula

Requirements

Active FL or compact RN license required
COVID-19 vaccination card (two doses) or approved declination required for consideration
Prior PCU or stepdown nursing experience required

Additional Information

Provide nursing care to progressive/stepdown level patients across multiple units and campuses
Local candidates accepted at the same rate as traveler rate
No radius rule for this position
Permanent employees must be separated for at least 90 days before returning as a traveler
