American Traveler is seeking an experienced Hospice RN to support an HCHB PointCare EMR implementation, serving as a preceptor and go-live support resource.

Details

Home Health/Hospice setting supporting Providence Oregon locations
Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM), Monday through Friday
First three weeks focus on HCHB PointCare training (in-person Tuesday-Thursday, virtual Monday and Friday)
Remaining three weeks involve on-site go-live support and precepting current travelers and staff
Minimal bedside care expected, limited to potential ride-along support during implementation

Requirements

Active RN license required (OR license pending is acceptable)
Minimum one year of Home Health Hospice experience required
HCHB PointCare/mobile app experience preferred but not required for RNs
Must be tech savvy, reliable, personable, and comfortable supporting and precepting others

Additional Information

Opportunity to gain experience with HCHB, precepting, EMR implementation, and AI-supported tools
No RTO accepted during this short contract
