American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN House Supervisor for a night shift position requiring an active WA or compact license and at least 4 years of recent clinical experience.

• 13-week contract with night shift hours from 1845-0715
• House Supervisor role overseeing hospital-wide operations

Requirements

• Active WA or compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 4 years recent clinical experience required
• 1 year of demonstrated nursing leadership experience preferred

• Maintain appropriate and efficient staffing levels across clinical departments
• Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Utilize intervention skills when working with staff, patients, family members, or medical staff
• Must work well collaboratively with others
• RTO must be approved in advance and scheduled at the end of the contract
• Centrally located between Pacific Northwest beaches and Olympic National Forest, with Seattle and Portland each a 2-hour drive away
