Description

American Traveler is seeking an Emergency Department RN for a day shift assignment requiring an active OH or compact RN license and at least one year of ED experience.

Details

• Emergency Department setting within a hospital environment
• Day shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00am to 7:30pm
• Every other holiday coverage required

Requirements

• Active OH RN license or compact license required in hand at time of consideration
• Minimum of 1 year of combined permanent experience in the Emergency Department specialty required
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• TNCC certification preferred
• NIHSS certification accepted as applicable
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the ED specialty required, from an assignment worked within the past 12 months
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required, with medical or religious exemptions only

Additional Information

• ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments completed during orientation, with an acceptable score required
• Locals accepted at the same bill rate
• Permanent and per diem candidates must wait 1 year from their previous end date before returning to Cleveland Clinic hospitals
• Background check hits are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but open cases will not be accepted
• No license hits accepted
• First-time travelers are not considered for this role
