American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position requiring TN or compact RN licensure and BLS/ACLS/NIH certifications.

Details

Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting
Day shift, 4x12 hours, 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
36/36, 36/48, or 48/48 schedules available
Rotating weekends and rotating holidays required
No on-call responsibilities
Self-scheduling available

Requirements

Active TN or compact RN license required
AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
Charge experience preferred

Additional Information

Contract RN team members are expected to support nursing student clinical education alongside patient care duties
General orientation begins on Sundays with online coursework
First-time travelers are welcome to apply
Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility; local candidates are not accepted
