Description

American Traveler is seeking an RN Case Manager with Meditech and Midas experience for a 13-week assignment requiring at least one year of case management experience.

Details

• Case Management department within a hospital setting
• Staffing includes RN and Social Work case managers
• Patient ratio of at least 25:1 per case manager
• EMR systems used include Meditech and Midas
• Day shift schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Required to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital staff
• May float between hospital campuses including a psych/rehab unit treated as a float unit

Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent case management experience required
• Meditech experience required
• Midas experience required
• Complex discharge planning experience preferred
• No gaps in work history exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months
• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration (no Canadian SSN accepted)
• Two professional references required for Florida-based assignments

Additional Information

• Responsible for coordinating patient care plans and complex discharge planning
• Navy blue scrubs required for RN staff
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility; no local candidates accepted
