American Traveler is seeking an OR-licensed RN for a LDRP Float Pool position requiring 2 years of labor and delivery experience and night shifts with rotating weekends.

Details

• Float pool role supporting multiple hospitals in Corvallis, Albany, and Lebanon
• Requires flexibility to float between facilities, though a primary site is prioritized for most of the contract
• Night shift schedule with rotating weekends; schedules may vary and could include primarily weekend coverage
• LDRP unit caring for labor, delivery, and postpartum patients
• Uses Epic EMR
• Requires use of a personal vehicle to travel between points of care

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Oregon RN license required
• Certifications required: BLS (Healthcare Provider level), ACLS, NRP, and NIHSS
• Fetal Monitoring Certification and STABLE preferred
• Minimum 2 years of labor and delivery experience including labor management, delivery care, fetal monitoring, and postpartum care of mother and newborn
• Verification of high school diploma or equivalent required
• Epic proficiency required

• Facility strictly enforces all listed requirements with no exceptions on experience or certifications
• No excessive RTO will be approved
• Must be able to travel between multiple points of care using a personal vehicle
