Description

American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Device RN for an outpatient Device Clinic requiring pacemaker/ICD technician experience and recent Epic proficiency.

Details

• Outpatient Device Clinic setting
• Patient population includes adult cardiac patients (18+) with implanted monitors
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No on-call or weekend requirements
• No floating or charge responsibilities required

Requirements

• Active VT or compact RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Pacemaker/ICD Technician program certification or equivalent job experience required
• CCDS or CDRMS certification preferred
• Epic EMR experience required within the last 2 years
• Knowledge of cardiac rhythm management, cardiac devices, and cardiovascular physiology required

Additional Information

• Independently manage implanted cardiac rhythm management (CRM) devices, including pacemakers, implantable defibrillators, and implanted loop recorders
• Reliable personal or rental vehicle strongly recommended due to lack of public transportation in the area
• Accepts local candidates
• Radius-based pay tiers apply based on direct-line mileage from the facility
