Description

American Traveler is seeking a GI/Endoscopy RN with a current CA RN license for a day-shift assignment that includes weekly call requirements.

Details

• Work in the GI Lab of a hospital setting
• Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM
• Call requirement of 1-2 weekday calls per week plus one weekend shift with call every 8 weeks
• Local candidates accepted at the local rate under a 50-mile radius rule

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required
• 2 supervisor references obtained within the past year required for consideration
• 7-year work history verification required for all candidates

Additional Information

• Maximum RTO of 7 days per contract with only 1 holiday request approved per contract
• Holiday coverage includes New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, with holiday periods running from 7:00 PM the night before to 7:00 AM the day after
• Must complete required lab work within 3-5 days of signing the contract
• All compliance documents must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the start date
• Returning staff or travelers may reapply without a required separation period, though the former manager's name must be provided on the application
