American Traveler is seeking an RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring ACLS certification and hands-on EPIC EMR experience.

Details

• Cardiac Cath Lab unit within a cardiovascular care department
• Day shift schedule with flexible options of 4x10s or 3x12s (0700-1630 or 0630-1700)
• EPIC EMR experience required

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of practice required
• OR RN license required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS (AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS) certification required
• BSN preferred
• Acute care facility experience preferred
• EPIC EMR experience required

Additional Information

• Delivers coordinated nursing care for assigned patients following established standards and the nursing process
• Supervises and directs activities of assigned nursing staff and coordinates care across disciplines
• Collects and analyzes patient assessment data to determine diagnoses and care plans
• Implements care plans, coordinates care delivery, and evaluates patient progress toward outcomes
• Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers to deliver safe and compassionate care
• Provides patient and family education and participates in discharge planning for continuity of care
• Delegates duties appropriately among healthcare team members
• Required to receive all applicable vaccinations as a condition of employment, with medical and religious exemptions considered
