American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg RN with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week acute care assignment requiring an active MN RN license.

Details

Med/Surg unit within an acute care, Critical Access Hospital (CAH) setting
Patient population includes general Med/Surg diagnoses (CHF, pneumonia, ARF) and typical geriatric patients, with some younger patients
Unit cares for total knee and hip replacement patients
Uses Epic EMR
12-hour shifts with day/night rotation
Every 3rd weekend required
Block scheduling available upon request

Requirements

Active MN RN license required
Minimum 2 years of experience required
BSN not required
Current certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NRP, and TNCC

Additional Information

Provide general medical-surgical nursing care to a mixed adult and geriatric patient population
12 hours of orientation provided
