American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring 2+ years of L&D experience and NRP certification in a high-risk delivery unit with an on-site Level III NICU.

Details

• Work in a 12-bed LDR high-risk delivery unit with 2 ORs
• Approximately 150 deliveries per month
• Level III NICU on site
• Night shift schedule (07:00-19:30)
• Every other weekend as needed
• Holiday coverage required per unit need
• 13-week assignment

Requirements

• Active RN license (MD or Compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), and NRP (AHA/AAP)
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required
• Scrub experience a plus
• Nursys verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address

Additional Information

• Provide nursing care in a high-risk labor and delivery setting
• Only one submission allowed per candidate system-wide across Ascension positions
• Radius rule applies allowing local candidates at a reduced rate, with mileage varying by state
• Candidates should begin discussing extension with their manager approximately 45 days before assignment end date
