Description

American Traveler is hiring an RN Clinical Supervisor for a busy ER on night shift, requiring at least 1 year of ER supervisory experience and 2 years of ER nursing experience.

Details

• Emergency Department setting treating all patient types including urgent care, psych, pediatric, and critical care/trauma patients
• Night shift schedule with 3x 12-hour shifts per week
• Uses Cerner EMR
• Performs critical care skills such as medication titrations, arterial line management, mass transfusion of blood, and chest tubes

Requirements

• Active DC RN license required, no pending licenses accepted
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications required (AHA only)
• Minimum 1 year of ER Supervisor experience required
• Minimum 2 years of ER experience required
• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program required
• BSN highly desired
• Cerner EMR experience required
• Two manager or supervisor references verifying experience within the previous 12 months, with at least one from the most recent employer
