American Traveler is hiring a MICU RN for a Level 1 trauma night shift position requiring at least 1 year of ICU experience and a compact or IN RN license.

Details

• Work in the Critical Care Unit of a Level 1 trauma center
• Medical ICU patient population
• Standard patient ratio of 2:1
• Night shift schedule from 19:00-07:30
• Every other weekend rotation required
• Holiday coverage per unit need
• Uses Sunrise charting system
• 13-week assignment length

Requirements

• Active RN license (Indiana or Compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA required)
• Minimum 1 year of ICU experience required
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start

Additional Information

• Facility is a Level 1 trauma center, Stroke Center of Excellence, Burn Center, ELSO certified center, and Transplant center
• Royal blue scrubs required
• Radius rule applies which may affect pay rate for local candidates
• Accepts local candidates at a reduced rate based on facility radius rule
