Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ER RN with a NC or compact license for a 13-week travel assignment requiring ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications.

Details

• Work in the Emergency Room of a hospital setting
• 12-hour shifts across day, evening, and night rotations
• 36 hours per week over a 13-week assignment
• Uses Epic for charting
• Required to float to other departments and to a sister hospital as needed
• Navy blue scrub color required

Requirements

• Active RN license (NC or Compact) currently in hand
• Minimum 2 years of ER experience required
• Current certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), PALS, TNCC, and NIH Stroke Scale
• Epic EMR experience preferred

Additional Information

• No radius rule for this position
• Local candidates accepted at the same rate as traveler rate
• Former permanent employees must have a 90-day break in service before returning as a traveler
• Two doses of COVID-19 vaccine or an approved declination required; booster not currently required
