American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Labor and Delivery position requiring 2+ years of high-volume perinatal experience and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification.

• 13-week assignment in a Level IV Maternal Designation facility
• Unit includes 26 LDR suites, 6 C-section suites, 14 triage rooms, 60 Mother-Baby couplet rooms, and 16 monitored ante-partum beds
• High-risk, fast-paced delivery service performing 500+ deliveries per month
• 24-hour in-house Attending OB, anesthesia, and NICU coverage available
• Academic teaching service supporting large private OB practices
• Facility operates a Perinatal Transport Program
• Day shift schedule from 06:45 to 19:15

Requirements

• Active RN license (Texas or Compact)
• BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross
• ACLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross
• NRP certification from AAP
• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certification required
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery/Perinatal experience in a high-volume delivery service
• Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school required, BSN preferred
• 3-5 years of perinatal clinical experience in high-volume delivery service preferred
• S.T.A.B.L.E Program certification preferred
• Advanced Fetal Monitoring certification preferred
