Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced OR Nurse Manager with an active OH or compact RN license and a minimum of 3 years of perioperative leadership experience.

Details

• Hospital-based Operating Room setting overseeing multiple surgical specialties
• Surgical specialties include Urology, ENT, Vascular, OB/GYN, Cardiothoracic, General Surgery, and Acute Care Surgery
• Day shift schedule, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No holiday coverage required

Requirements

• Active OH or compact RN license required
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Minimum 3 years of nursing management or leadership experience required
• Minimum 3 years of Operating Room experience required

Additional Information

• Oversee daily operations of the OR including staff management and patient care oversight
• Ensure quality outcomes through collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Strong perioperative leadership experience and excellent communication skills required
• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
• Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility
