Description

American Traveler is seeking an RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position requiring an active AR or compact RN license and 1-2+ years of experience.

Details

• Work in the Medical Surgical Combination unit of a hospital setting
• Med/Surg Telemetry specialty on a 40-bed unit
• Patient ratio of 1:6
• Uses Meditech EHR system
• 12-hour night shift schedule (6:45 PM - 7:15 AM)
• Every other weekend (EOW) required
• Floating required

Requirements

• Active RN license (AR or compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), AHA certifications required
• 1-2+ years of RN Med/Surg experience required

Additional Information

• Provide nursing care on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Navy scrub color required
• Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for the travel rate
• Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months
• Cannot be employed elsewhere on a full-time basis while on assignment
• Every other weekend coverage required
