• Active RN license (Vermont or Compact) required
• Chemotherapy and biotherapy certification required
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an outpatient Infusion/Oncology clinic setting required
• Must be trained in administering chemotherapy in a clinic setting
• Epic experience within the past 2 years required

Additional Information

• Provide infusion therapy and chemotherapy administration to adult hematology/oncology patients
• Reliable personal or rental vehicle strongly recommended due to lack of public transportation in the area
• Vehicles should be equipped with all-season or snow tires during November through April
• Local candidates accepted
