American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a remote Utilization Review position requiring Provider-side experience with Dragonfly and CCM/CMCN certification.

Details

• Remote Utilization Management position
• Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a rotating every fifth weekend
• No on-call requirements
• Floating required, with travelers prioritized to float, potentially to sister campuses within 15-20 minutes of each other

Requirements

• Active FL or compact RN license required
• CCM or CMCN certification required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Experience working with Providers (not just Payers) required
• Dragonfly UM tool experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must be computer literate with experience working remotely (candidate must supply own computer)
• Degree accreditation verification required, or 5 years of experience in lieu of verification
• Driver's license address must match address on file with the Board of Nursing
• Documents required for consideration include SS card, DL, and COVID/Flu vaccination records

Additional Information

• Perform utilization review duties supporting both provider and payer processes
• Prior travel experience highly preferred
• Must reside within a 50 mile radius of the facility, with strict verification of residency (candidates cannot own or cosign property within the radius)
• No block scheduling requests accommodated
• Orientation begins on a Friday; candidates must be in the area on that day to complete remote orientation and obtain badge/ID in person
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront, as RTO will not be approved after submission
• Hard document deadline is the Monday prior to start date, with no exceptions for pending documentation
• Travelers are expected to integrate fully with core staff and demonstrate flexibility and team collaboration
