American Traveler is hiring a Labor & Delivery RN for a night shift position requiring 2+ years of L&D experience at a high-volume delivery hospital.

Details

• Family Birth Place unit with 15 labor beds, 7 antepartum beds, and 4 pre/post beds
• Patient ratios of 1:1 or 2:1 (estimates, not guaranteed)
• Uses external fetal monitoring equipment
• Epic EMR
• Night shift, 3x12, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekend hours as required by facility
• No call requirements
• May be required to float to postpartum unit
• 13-week assignment

Requirements

• Active RN license (OK state or compact) required at time of consideration
• Current certifications: BLS, C-EFM, and NRP
• ACLS and PALS preferred
• Minimum 2 years of labor and delivery experience required
• Experience must be at a hospital delivering 350-400 babies monthly
• No employment gaps of 90+ days within the past 12 months
• Valid U.S. Social Security Number required (Canadian SINs not accepted)

Additional Information

• Black scrub color required
• Up to 5 days of requested time off allowed, must be made up during the assignment
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are considered local and subject to a reduced bill rate
• Local candidates who complete 3 consecutive 13-week contracts must separate from the facility for at least 1 year or transition to a facility outside the 50-mile radius
