American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for a Med/Surg-Telemetry position requiring an active NH or Compact RN license and 1-2 years of Med/Surg experience.

Details

• Hospital-based position within the Nursing Float Pool
• 12-hour day shift schedule
• 13-week contract assignment
• No on-call responsibilities
• May be required to float to two additional facility locations in Laconia, NH and Franklin, NH
• Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required

Requirements

• Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of consideration
• Current certifications required: BLS and ACLS
• NIHSS certification required prior to start
• Minimum 1-2 years of Med/Surg experience required
• Critical Care RN experience considered if candidate is fluent with Med/Surg ratios and acuity levels
• Must complete a Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding with a preferred score of 80%

Additional Information

• Weekly orientation provided
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius to qualify for local rate
• Former permanent staff may return as travelers after a 12-month break in service
• First-time travelers may be considered for this role
