American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring an active WA or compact RN license, 2+ years of experience, and RCIS/RT/CVIS certification eligibility.

Details

• Work in the Cardiac Cath Lab of a Level III trauma teaching hospital
• Specializes in interventional cardiology/radiology with a focus on CV/PV diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Cares for geriatric and adult patient populations
• Functions as part of a 3-person team
• Uses Philips and McKesson-Change Healthcare Hemo/Maquet equipment
• Charts using Paragon (hospital) and McKesson-Change Healthcare (hemo) EHR systems
• Schedule consists of 4x10-hour day shifts plus standby coverage
• Requires standby/call coverage of 7 shifts per 2-week pay period
• Weekend hours are variable and on-call based, with every-other-weekend requirement
• No floating required

Requirements

• Active RN license (WA or compact) required
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• RT or CVIS certification, or RCIS eligibility for CVIS licensure in WA, required
• 2+ years of experience preferred
• Associate's degree minimum required
• Scrub role experience required
• Monitor role experience preferred
• Candidates must live 60+ miles from the facility to be considered for travel assignment

• Perform scrub and monitor roles supporting cardiac catheterization procedures
• Green scrubs are provided by the facility
