American Traveler is hiring a Travel RN for an Inpatient Rehabilitation unit, requiring 2+ years of rehab nursing experience and a compact or Oklahoma RN license.

Details

• Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF) setting
• Rehab Nursing unit caring for patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, and complex orthopedic injuries
• Low stimulation, secured unit with monitored rooms, specialized beds, and patient lifts
• Facility features dedicated therapy gym, therapy car, and apartment-style living skills spaces
• Day shift schedule from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• 13-week assignment length
• Weekend rotation required every other weekend

Requirements

• Active RN license (Standard or Compact) valid in Oklahoma
• AHA-issued certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Rehab nursing experience preferred
• Active Nursys/licensure verification required at time of consideration
• Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
• Flu and COVID declinations not accepted

Additional Information

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Work alongside a rehab-focused care team utilizing specialized equipment such as the InMotion Robotic Arm
• Candidates must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this travel assignment
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
• Candidates may not be employed elsewhere on a full-time basis while on assignment
