Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Burn Care unit position requiring med-surg wound care experience and MD or compact RN licensure.

Details

Work in the Burn Wound Unit (Med-Surg) of a hospital environment
Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM on a 12-hour basis
Required to work every other weekend
Rare floating may be required to another med-surg floor
Uses Epic EMR system

Requirements

Active RN license (MD or Compact) currently in hand
Current BLS certification
Minimum 2 years of med-surg nursing experience required
Comfortable managing wound care
Epic EMR experience required
Comparable facility size experience required to match the hiring facility's bed count

Additional Information

Provide nursing care to patients on a burn wound unit
Holiday coverage required as needed
Local candidates accepted at the same pay rate
