American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Health RN to provide caregiver health screening and wellness services, requiring at least 1 year of relevant experience and a WA or compact RN license.

Details

• Occupational Health department setting focused on caregiver health rather than direct patient care
• Duties include new hire health screenings, vaccine administration, blood and body fluid exposure management, respiratory protection training, and communicable disease management
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• New in-house EHR system used; Epic is not used at this facility

Requirements

• Active WA or compact RN license required in hand at submission
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required
• 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years required

Additional Information

• Must commit to working 3 of the 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
• All RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted upfront; post-offer requests may not be accommodated
• Travelers may be required to float between sister facilities near the contracted location
• Local candidates accepted, with a 50-mile radius rule applied at a lower bill rate
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
• Candidates must disclose any prior work history with the health system, including location and dates if applicable
